Can Managers Sue The Co?

I would like to further know from you, which kind of cases are decided by Fast Track Courts ?? Who decides whether particular case will be heard before Fast Track Court or Ordinary Court ?? If Manager wants to sue the company, he will have to file the suite before Fast Track Court or Ordinary Court ?? What is a norm for choosing the court ??

First the case is filed in the regular Court and Transfer if needed is done by the District Judge.
