Unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception =null : sortout : Use Internet Explorer11

while have trying to approve kyc files on unified portal of EPFO,it is going to show an error ' unexpected error occured while signing. Exception =null '
Also on New registration for Establishment at EPFO unified portal the same message is occurred.
So may use Internet Explorer 11 to successfully do kyc apporval and registration of NEW DCS;
As mozila and other browser will throw an exception error due to security reason

While we have trying to sign application with dsc on pmrpy web site and then after click on home button then error are accure “unexpected error”.
Please give me solutions as soon as possible

To sign KYC file, please follow the procedure as mentioned in the attached file. This problem occurs because all major browsers has droped out-dated NPAPI plugin which is required for digital signing of documents. So please install Pale Moon browser and follow instruction given in attached file.
