d. Indirect taxation: We have a strong team in Indirect Taxation and can assist you in compliance, opinions and also for representation in court / tribunal.
e. ISO Implementation and Top Line Manufacturing Improvement: Our Manufacturing advisory team has a combined experience of over 50 years and specialize in Company Turn-arounds and improvement of Top Line
f. Training: We have on our board esteemed faculties in both soft skills and Hard skills. We can offer a range of manufacturing related trainings such as 5S, Bottleneck Analysis, VSM, TQM, Poka-yoke, Toyota Production System etc… and soft skill programs right from Communication, effective selling skills and positive thinking, to technical trainings on SAP-FICO Implementation, IFRS, Banking and Financial Services related trainings.
g. Finance and Accounting: This company has been started by Chartered Accountants so we could assist you in all aspects of Accounting and also assist in Funding if required
h. Internal Audit: We practice the Risk Based Internal Audit method where we not only look into the regular financials but also into the process to ensure that there is minimum risk of errors / frauds.
i. Risk Management: We have over a combined experience of over 20 years in Risk Management and set up the Operations Control Function across APAC for RBC Dexia. Incase you wish to set up this function we can provide you with assistance. This will ensure Quality and can be integrated with the Continuous Improvement methodology.
