Is it mandatory to give a Weekly off, according to India's Labour Act?

Hi All,
I have query about weekly off. My company is giving me week off on 9th day of work and changing my week off every week and they are saying that there is no such HR policy of week off on every 7day. Can you please help me. What I can do better to solve this?
