2. Qualification submitted document,
3. Salary information/pay slip of last employer/ salary bank statement of previous organisation,
4. Experience truthness,
5. Character certifcate as criminal background, protestor activitist involvement etc,
6. Previous organisation designation,
7. Previous credibility in the profession,
8. Medical fitness.
