Good luck for your accounts paper, Vineet! Your statement reminded me about myself - when I used to ask everyone to pray for me to clear my accounts paper. I never used to like that subject.

Hello Vineet,

I wonder why you found accounts difficult coming from a science background where you have to know maths. I could understand someone who studied languages having difficulty. Anyway, wish you all the best. Do not be a pessimist.

Hi,

I am currently pursuing PGDHRM from SCDL. Could you please assist me with any assignments related to this program, as you have mentioned earlier? I would greatly appreciate your help in clearing my subjects.

Regards,
Lalitha.
vineetsaini19
Dear Lalitha,

I'm really sorry I can't help you with the assignments you asked for. However, I am very sure most of the subjects are common for PGDHRM. So, you can download the assignments and check out which ones are useful for you.

Good luck,
Vineet

Hi,

I'm currently pursuing a PGDBA in Finance from SCDL, Pune. After completing this course, would I be able to mention M.B.A. on my CV? Would this be recognized as a professional degree?

Please provide your insights on this matter. Thank you.
bulti123
Hi,

I'm pursuing PGDBA from SCDL (Pune). Will this be considered as a professional degree? After completing the course, what should I write in my CV, PGDBA or MBA?

Please answer.
vineetsaini19
Hi,

In India, it really doesn't matter whether you do PGDBA or MBA, as long as you do it from some reputed institution or university. But always write the correct qualification you have in your resume because technically PGDBA is a diploma and MBA is a degree.

Hello Vineet,

Accounts are not so tough; rather, it's quite interesting. Just try to understand the basic concepts. I also have a science background. Wish you all the best for your accounts paper.

I have corrected the spelling and grammar errors in the text provided. The paragraphs have been properly formatted to improve readability. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask.

Dear Subhash,

For the preparation, please do a thorough study. Do not mug up things. Understand the topics, especially learn the years, names of the inventors, or who gave which theory, etc. If you are clear with the basics of the subject, you will do well. Moreover, attempt at least one assignment every time you go for the exam for the same subject.

Good Luck,
Vineet Saini

Hey Vineet, I too agree that accounts is difficult to clear. I am also praying that this time it gets cleared. It's really very challenging for a non-commerce student.

Hi,

Thank you for the nice collection, but I have one doubt, i.e., which answer should be followed - either correct answer or your answer. Kindly give a reply at the earliest.

Hi Vineet,

All the best!! Though I am sailing in the same boat. Mr. Simhan, there are many who have biology as their main subject, so having a tight hand in accounts is a little normal. Anyway, carry on Vineet. May you clear this exam with flying colors.

Cheers,
Rashmi

Hi Vineet,

This is Soniya. I have taken admission to PGDBA HR (2009 batch). Can you please advise on how I should prepare for the assignments and exams? Please help as I am very tensed about it.

Thanks in advance,
Soniya
vineetsaini19
Dear Soniya,

Please do not panic. Doing PGDBA from Symbiosis is very simple provided you work systematically. Attempt the assignments before going for the exam. It gives you an idea of the questions and boosts your confidence as well. I used to attempt one assignment before the exam and another after the exam to improve my assignment score. Moreover, it's not very important to study every day, but it is essential to study well during the exams. So, do not worry. You will come out with flying colors. Good luck.

Hi friends! I am a student of SCDL Pune, and I have selected PGDBA (HR). Is it the same as an MBA? Should I write MBA on my CV? After completing PGDBA, in which areas will I get a job?

Thank you.
