3) Approx sq.ft area with detail breakup Offices / Guest Houses / Rest Houses
4)Material used for interiors of the property
5) Services provided such as Carpet cleaning, glass cleaning, toilet block cleaning, Floor caring etc.
6) Expected service level - 3 star / 4 star / 5 star etc.
