Notice Period -how Many Months 1 Monthor 3 Months

Dear Jignesh Sisodiya,
Let me clarify that any term in the appointment order which is against what has been provided in the Certified Standing Orders is void and will not be maintainable. Therefore, if the notice period as per Standing Order is one month and the appointment order says that it is three months, the latter will not stand.
A model Standing Order is a draft only and it has no legal validity since it is a model which will have significance for six months of the Act becoming applicable to an establishment.
