Becoming A Trainer - Career Development

Hi Everyone
I have completed MBA in HR stream and now i'm working in recruitment firm as a HR Recruiter
but i'm not enjoying my work now i'm very confused about my carrier and i want to change my profile as a trainer . so, please guide me how i change my profession and becoming as a very good trainer.
