A Humble Request...!!

This Notice Comes when ever i log in.. even many times I posted one query but till today i didn't get any reply..
Dont't know why!!! then after I stopped posting.. When ever I psot a query I wont get any reply.

what i think is....the reason why there are many views and fewer replies is that quite often many of the keywords get picked up on all these searches that we do on google....where ppl only view it in search of a few solutions...
it is good thing that quite a lot of ppl frm the HR community are replyin to the different posts...but many a times a few posts get unnoticed...so it might be just hardluck...
users like ocktavius....sivasankaran....are big time contributors...and should be thanked for all the help they are doin....
am just a student so many a times do not reply sensing that i might not be able to do complete justice to the situation at hand...but do view quite a few posts on a daily basis....
neways...it is a good thing that ppl shud realise that contributing will only help whatever the views....
