Dear Friends,
I have doubts on pay slip. pls share with me.Our company is a matainance service provider having a lot of clients in India.
We are paying our employees as
For example(Technicians)
1)Basic-5000
2)HRA-50%(Of Basic)
3)Conveyance-800.00
4)Perfomance reward
As per one of our client , we should not mention other allowances in our payslip . So the perfomance reward amount is going high if they perfom over time . So is there any problem for the amount in Perfomance Reward.
Pls suggest me . On the same way we should think of the Technicians who are getting in between 8k to 9k.
