Dear sir,
The haryana shop & Establishment act is that mandatory for given the working hours and intervals of rest timening in Form G.If the mandator then the employee has in shiftwise then how will shown in form G.
Second question is that What are the conditions for for off roll employee(contract labour) who worked as shifwise.
