Hope you r fine, I have some doubt in leave policies applicable in factory and plant, normally it is 12 casual leave or may be it is 6sick leave+6casula leave totally it is 12 and 12 earned leave those who are all complete one year of services. whether the same is applicable for manufacturing company and plant, then if a employee working for all 30days of month 4 or 5 weak off consider as compensatory off, in this cause when a employee taking compensatory off why we should give more than 12 earned leaves, if employee working 30 days per month 30*12=360, 360/20=18 shall we give the earned leave by this way if yes, all the employee wont work for 360 days earned leave will differ employee to employee is this correct or what is the rule are there in labour law.
--> if employee complete one year of service he is eligible to get earned leave if he resigned his services after completing one year of service can he eligible to get leave encashment for all his earned leave.
