Hi,Need Clarification

at present i am getting a Daily Report from HR head who gets reported by 2 HR executives --
the report covers following heads ->
Recruitment - Total interviews schedule, HR interviews , Technical HR interviews, rejected, On hold, Short listed. Weekly Review of Departmental structure / hierarchy (breakdown into days, finally covered in weekly report)
Training - Scheduled training programmes, actual conducted, Induction / orientation of new joiners (if any)
Admin - attendance updation, includes daily task like receiving of bills (all), company vehicle maintenance, issue of cell phones, etc
