Gratuity Amendment Bill, 2010
The Bill was approved by the Parliament raising the Gratuity ceiling from 3.5 Lakhs to 10Lakhs. Kindly inform if the Orders have been issued by the Govt. to implement this decision as applicable to the concerned Institutions including Educational Institutions.

can anybody write/ sugguest where to get latest judgements fvg. employee on payment of gratuity act.needed to file redjoinder with Dylc.g.p.agarwal

Now the gratuity has been increased from Rs.10 lc to Rs.20 lac. from 2016 onward
