Hello sir,
Please tell me the exact break up with the charges of employer contribution to PF with effect from 01st June ,2018.
Pan Singh Dangwal
Dear Member,
The PF admin charges are reduced to .50% wef 01st June'18.
Now the employer need to deposit total 13.00% towards employer contribution .
Employee PF = 12% (will be deducted from employee salary)
Employer PF = 12% (further divided into EPS and EPF)
EDLI = 0.50%
PF Admin Charges = 0.50%
The Admin charges on EDLI (being .01%) also withdrawn wef 01st Apr. 17.
Hope the point is cleared to everyone.

Requesting Shailendra,
Kindly specify the question, you are asking for the gross wages or the PF contribution, or the ESIC contribution... Wages can exceed 15000, it will depend upon the minimum wages of your state of a particular industry...

I wanted to clarify that even the basic pay of an employee exceeds 15k p.m, the company can deduct 12% on 15k for EPF as an employee contribution and what would be the total contribution or payable by the employer.
