Hi Noel,
The aim of an induction kit is to introduce a new recruit to the organisation and with this aim in mind it's best to keep things simple and not overwhelm the new person with information.
It would be best if you first have a small power point presentation mentioning the main line of business, mission statement, the various departments that the company is divided into and a few words about the top management.
After the presentation u could get the hod's to come in and talk briefly about their departments.... you could also take the new person around the office facility and make personal introductions and also help them to know the office building.
Hope this helps!!! :D
