Managing Director of a company orders his HR Manager to work as receptionist in her absence

Well I believe, there may be a chance that the MD is looking forward to a long term association with her, and trying to make her multitasking. However, on the other side if she has team working under her than she can talk to the MD and give the alternative solutions.
Rest assured both the way should work for the lady and if doesn’t than she may listen to her boss just now and if she doesn’t find the work satisfactory then she may look out for another opportunities.
