Nagarkar Vinayak L
Dear colleague,
Are you referring to production of the copy of the certified/model standing orders in the enquiry proceedings?
If the enquiry officer directs so, the it is must to produce.

Hi All,
I am seeking a way out in one of the Misconduct.
A worker was caught stealing the things from Factory. Issued chargesheet, conducted the enquiry, worker found guilty, as per certified standing order we terminated the worker.
another case happened where worker found stealing the things. issued showcause , chargesheet where worker has accepted the charges and given written apology.
what is to be done in second case where worker is admitting doing misconduct?

Hi,
The ball is in your court. As the worker accepted the charges and submitted apology either he may be terminated or allowed to continue with warning as per Management discretion. But it won't be prudent to allow him to continue considering the severity of misconduct.
