Company involved in illegal work of bribing the doctors in different ways - what can be done?

Ombudsman is a person nominated by the Government who investigates and attempts to resolve complaints and problems, as between employees and an employer . Ombudsman exist for banking industry, insurance business but I have no knowledge on pharmaceutical industry. Sir, I respect the way of your work and frankness on facts. But if you really want to face the things that are going to make you leave the organisation you can definitely reach nearest LO and file a case against the company related to your query.
If employee don''t want to face any changes happen against the current job role or company then he have to accept with the company and the policies.
