How to handle some worker misbehaving with seniors in factory?

Seniors should always be polite to workers even if they make mistake, and should not argue with them but listen to them and try to understand what they want or why they are doing something which you do no want.

The first step is a normal discussion on why they are behaving like that.

Yes...when u find this situation directly ....not by hearsay words..... you should be the witness of such rough fellows behaviour....at least a cctv recorded fact.....then you can go ahead by order of merit... if you feel he will be useful to company .....transfer him to un important post for certain period ...if he disagrees ....then....dismiss him with immediate effect....It shows company"s commitment for descipline
