Good morning. I have recently received a Dean position in a Higher ed Institution on Contract for 3 Years with a CTC of Rs.45 lakhs. They are Ok with 40 + Company leased acco + Car & driver extra or Rs.45 (inclusive of all) . They are fine with any other allowances from tax planning angle in structuring. Even PF isn't required, if required (employer or employee) it will be part of CTC.
I need to confirm before day end. Can you help me with a work sheet.
