As Mr. Nilesh explained, becuase of this UAN concept, employee can not with draw if he changes the organization(before 60days, but before UAN he can with draw by mentioning the reason for leaving as Resignation/Personal), because after joining in to the new org he has to confirm whether he is subscribing for PF first time(new UAN will be alloted), or he is already subscribed member earlier, if so he must be alloted the UAN in previous org, he has to mention the UAN. So it menas EPFO will have the info whether the employee has the 60 days of non contributions to approve the Payment of with drawl applied by employee in cas eof his wishes to with draw the amount though he has been contributing on a new PF account. Ideally EPFO should reject the claims of with drawls if there is non gap of 60days.
Will have to experience how EPFO act on this. If they don't reject the claim of employees whose non contributions of 60day continuously, what is the use of PF act says there should be continuous 60days of non contributions to get the PF with drawl"
