Greetings for the day,
As per payment of gratuity you are eligible for payment of gratuity.if your service is continued from 2010 you are eligible. Employment in term of contractual, probation are eligible for the payment only the apprentice were not entitle for the payment.

I am completing Notice period on 23.12.2021 since I have resigned from my presemnt school. I have worked for 10 year 4 months. When will my Gratuity amount will be paid . Is it on 23.12.2021 or within 30 days after last working day
