Yes u are right....... 12 weeks are = to 3 months, hence its almost 90 days... Any company can give more that will be their policy..
Extra 30 days also one lady worker can avail with proper medical documents...
Hence, I think, who ever is following this discussion has understood that if it is a factory or any other establishment, having lady workers in their pay roll / wored 80 days without any break (except weekly off) is entitled for Maternity Leave with pay irrespective of ESIC exists or nor...
