Dear member,
It is advisable to go for pursuing PG diploma course in HR Management for a 2 year duration. Employers give first preference to MBA because of this reason. Other than Universities no institute is awarding MBA degrees. Even IIMs are also awarding PG Diploma in Management. But in the certificate it is mentioned as equivalent to MBA.
It is an utter waste of time and money if you are doing 1 year PG diploma as part time course as you are not able to fetch anything in these diplomas. For more details, kindly contact me at [Login to view]
Thanks

Dear Mr Nair,
Thanks for your valuable reply.
But according to my belief,Knowledge is the main key to achieve success in any field.
Though I know recruiters will give preference to MBA students only but what about the students who have done PGDHRM (One Year),It will not worth if they will learn anything, but if the student is a good learner and seeker,he or she can achieve any thing in life.
There are so many people who can devote 2 years of their time in persuing 2years MBA,a brief, summarised and time saver PG diploma is boon for them
Thanks
