Safety Week Celebration

Monday

The National Safety Council Triangle flag will be presented to employees by top management to kick off the Safety Week with a pledge.

Conduct a conference for employees to outline the Safety Week agenda, including a speech by the chief guest.

Arrange a seminar on safety awareness.

Tuesday

Organize a Safety Slogan competition and collect entries by the end of the day.

Encourage employees to identify unsafe conditions/acts and submit forms by the end of the day.

Hold a Safety Essay competition and collect entries before the evening.

Host a Safety Poster Drawing competition for employees and their children, with submissions due by the evening.

Wednesday

Conduct a Mock Drill.

Provide Fire Safety training by trained personnel.

Offer a First Aid training program.

Thursday

Conduct a mock walkthrough of the premises to identify unsafe/safe practices and determine best and worst cases. Take photographs.

Organize a Blood Donation camp.

Friday

Host a Quiz competition.

Have an employee deliver a Safety Awareness program to staff.

Encourage employees to share their Safety experiences.

Conclude with a Valedictory program.

1. Involve all employees with top management commitment.
2. Start with a slogan competition on safety one week before Safety Day.
3. Arrange a lecture of one and a half hours on "Safety at Homes."
4. Have an inaugural ceremony with a small speech by the head of the organization on the first day.
5. Also, arrange a poster competition and send the best entry to the National Safety Council for printing in NSC Calendar if selected by them.

Day 2 - Medical Camp, Blood Donation, First Aid training

Day 3 - Mock drill

Day 4 - Housekeeping Campaign

Day 5 - Quiz, Drawing, Slogan competition

Day 6 - March, Rally

Day 7 - Closing ceremony, Safety one-act play, Drama, Prize distribution, Speech, etc.
