This is a 12 year old thread. The OP last posted here in 2010 and quite likely is no longer a member since there have been no replies from him.
The best advice is that you rebuild the spreadsheet to your own and current requirements. Some aspects of the original sheet have more than likely changed over the last 12 years. If you do not have the necessary Excel skills, then I suggest you contract it out to an expert.
