Dear All
If someone has the scope to avail benefit better than provided or to be provided then he or she should be exempted from that benefit so that he can avail the better one.In this case he should be exempted.

Hi Kiran,
I agree with nimisha. 99% of employees will think this is a unneccesary deduction, they dont know the ESI benifits. As a HR Professionals we need to make them understand the benifits of ESI & PF.

Dear Chachad Kiran,
First of all I will make it clear that if the gentleman is working with your organisation he has become Independent from his parents then he is not entitled CGHS facilities which is provided to his father and mother and other member of family.
If his salary is less than Rs. 15000/- PM then it is mandatory for him for paying the ESIC contribution. He cannot be exempted at any case.
Thankyou
Sushil Kumar

Dear Sirs,
I am in construction company. here ESIC is applied. I have more than one ques.
1.Not some but most of the workers here work for less than 10 days & leave for their places. Do we have to deduct ESIC for them? if it is compulsory , its a pity.
2. Some of our workers are requesting not to deduct PF for them. If I dont deduct PF How can I deduct only ESIC for them. Please help me with a quick solution.
