Thanks a lot for prompt reply. Actually, there is a concept called Positive Stress in HR jargon, it is "Eu Stress". So I think, as you said, stress occurs when our physical & mental body reacts in abnormal way to a situation, and which wub b positive or negative. Wat say ppl....

This presentation is need of hour, I am sure it is going to help in so many people and will lead to improved relation and productivity

I appreciate the whole presentation .But i found some aspects missing please note as below.
1. your presentation is for a normal person.of normal health.
2.But stress gets induced in persons with perfection afflicted attitude because they cannot attain what they aim at.Probably you know that there is a thin line of curtain between a obsessed person and a insane person .Both lack logic and common sense.
3. some people use stress as a diversion from other problemswhich they they are afraid of facing.
4.Some people pretend stressed out .
5.for people with illness ,even a fan rotation can cause stress or a sound from a distant masjid or MIke will be intolerable.
6. problems persist till every one understands what he cannot and what he can .he has to know that all things will pass in its own way .But stress is his own creation
