As you know, the Management Information System (MIS) is prepared to gather all the details of employees in the last month. With the help of MIS, top-level management can get an idea about the employees' status in the last month, and you can prepare this in an Excel sheet.
MIS should include the following information:
1) Employees' Details: In this sheet, you should include details such as Employee code, Employee name, designation, date of birth, date of joining, CTC, address, contact number, blood group, qualification, and total years of experience.
2) Salary Structure: Provide the salary breakdown of all the employees.
3) New Joinees Details.
4) Details of Resigned Employees.
