If we talk about washing allowance, what exactly it can be considered for, as in what exactly is a "washing allowance"?

Traditionaly it is allowance paid to employees for washing and maintenance of uniform provided to them. But it is not a must that employer has to provide uniform to pay Washing Allowance. Hence you may pay Fixed Washing Allowance upto Rs. 415 p.m. to employees.
