Its really nice lesson to keep on self on pace to face challenges.
But sometimes people may not accept sharks, because they create an unhealthy environments too.
Healthy competitions exists were you are not afraid of others, but were an individual wants to prove himself\herself that he\she is worth of it.

Hey very nice thought buddy,
If one is ready to face challenges and has the guts to look at problems face-on, that really helps solve the problem faster.
shying away from challenges makes us lethargic towards life and the overall progress stops....
