Ii am very disappointed after reading this post of caption cook. but i wants to clear one thing here that most of HR members of citeHR don't have any proper HR degree or diploma, but they are involved directly / indrectly in the activities of HR like Payroll or recruitments etc because most of the organizations looks for experience, candidates ability to perform any particular job. Only graduate peoples can do the activities like interview scheduling, maintaining HR MIS, Payroll etc. if these peoples want to know more about their work or to pursue any HR degree or diploma for their career growth while working then what is wrong with that.
Most of the peoples do not get chance to continue their study or to pursue master study due to some personal problem (may be financial or any other) like other HR professionals who completes their MBA degree immediately after graduation.
This is my opinion. pls do not hurt any CiteHR member.
Regards
Manoj
