Special Case - Bonus Calculation

Dear All,
All are doing well. As per my concerned who are getting below Rs.10,000 (Basic+DA) salary they are eligible for bonus. In this case you should get bonus upto December, 2007. After December you will get ex-gratia, bcoz you have crossed bonus limit i.e.10,000/-.
