Dear All,
Who is the Excluded employee in respect of the P.F. Act of 1952?
Who is the final authority regarding the Excluded employee?
If a new joiner gives false information to the new employer regarding his PF deduction in the earlier company, then who is responsible for this?

Hi,
No one has the authority to exclude an employee from the PF Act. If an employee submits a wrong PF number, then no one is responsible for this as he would be starting off with a new PF account in the new company.
