I'm trying to put together system to have an organized system to keep a track/record of the trainings conducted and as to who has attended which training and when.
I'm toying with the idea of incorporating a "training log" or a "training card" so a record can be kept of any on the job or other type of development or learning.
So can I also ask, has anyone got any templates ideas etc.

though i dont have such a template, what i used to do is to use the excel spreadsheet and develop such templates. why dont you do the same and develp one. with time you will be able to enhance it further.
