First of all, welcome to the citehr.
Secondly, you might already know that 'Bonded Labour' is now prohibited in India. Therefore, one cannot demand a bond from any employee. However, we can request a declaration type of document from the employee.
I am sending you a format of an Appointment Letter with Terms & Conditions which may assist you. I obtained it from citehr itself.
