Can someone help me out with the exact dress code for an HR Executive in software companies?
Do all companies have a similar dress code, or does it depend on their own policies and standards? Does anybody have a clear picture of this?

Hi Chitra,
Well, as far as the dress code is concerned, each and every company has its own dress code. However, when you think about a proper dress code, care should be taken to ensure that the clothes are decent. You are not supposed to wear torn jeans or any other clothes that won't make you look decent. Generally, when a company decides on a formal dress code for its employees, it includes western formal wear such as trousers, blazers, etc.
I hope this information is of some use to you.

Hi,
There is a formal dress code for working days, i.e., Monday through Friday, and Saturday would be casual. However, casual attire would mean business casuals such as jeans, t-shirts, and shirts. Please note that clothes should not be revealing in any way.
Some organizations also have preferred hairstyles and accessories. Generally, loud colors are not preferred.
I have studied this topic in detail. If you need any further information, please write to me at fay_ferrari@hotmail.com.
