Hello friend,
It is quite difficult to help without background information. If you can provide information on the context, it will be useful.
TCE as an abbreviation can mean many things - Total Cost of Employees to Tata Consulting Engineers. Taleo is again a very unfamiliar word - are you using any software from Taleo?

Thank you for your reply. I have an interview today. In the job responsibilities, they have mentioned the following:
- Standard and ad-hoc Taleo reporting
- Performs Taleo tasks such as dispatching requisitions, posting requisitions, etc.
- Maintaining TCE
That's the reason why I want to check the exact thing.

Hello friend,
I feel that the company you have applied to has a specific software from Taleo. If you still have time, you can visit the site: http://www.taleo.com/ http://www.taleo.com/research/articl...ement-121.html
However, since there is not much time, I suggest you mention that you will be able to learn the software based on the experience of the recruitment process in your present and earlier employment. In case you have experience with some other software, you can describe its features to them in the interview.
Best wishes,
Nishikant
