Hi,

It is better and easier to maintain the attendance in an Excel sheet on a monthly basis.

In case of leave taken without prior notice, the following options are available:
- A personal warning
- Adjust with the available CL
- Give a memo

Thank you.

Dear Ma'am,

I visited the link you mentioned below, but I found no benefit. It's a slideshow. Ma'am, we need the Excel sheet to be implemented. To be honest, we are not very familiar with systems. If you have time, please kindly send it across. Thank you for the helpful tips posted in the forum.

Note: Ma'am, if you are sending, please keep in mind that the format type is the KSA calendar.

Sirs,

As mentioned above by one of my colleagues, there are many enterprises available in the market that you can purchase for your organization to handle work on your behalf. Just customize the leave rules, and it will work.

On the other hand, since you have requested an Excel format to be used, please find the attached Excel document for calculating leave for your organization.

However, please refer back to your human resources manual and apply your rules on entitlement, overtime, and carry-forward.

Regards
