Dear Seniors,
I am preparing a Salary statement in MS Excel and generating Salary Slips through Excel only. We have 300+ employees. I can print 2 salary slips (one page) at one time only. I want to print all the employees' salary slips by giving one command.
Also, please let me know if MS Excel is better or if MS Access is better for the preparation of the Salary Statement.
You can email me.
Please guide and help.
Regards,
Arabindo (Personnel Officer, SLR Steels.)

Dear Arabindo,
This may not be the answer to your query regarding printing payslips in Excel or Access. I wanted to share my personal recommendation with you to consider an entry-level payroll software to reduce your burden of preparing, printing, verifying, and distributing payslips through office tools.
Also, for your 300+ employees (which is a decent size), please consider a self-service module to allow your staff to generate leave requests, salary clarifications, stationary requests, etc. This will boost your employees' morale! If you have more laborers among the 300, at least your office and admin staff would appreciate it!
Please contact me for any further assistance in this regard.
Best regards,
Senthil Kumar

Dear Arabindo,
The best way is software as suggested by a few friends. If you know MailMerge in MS-Word, then you can create the format of the Salary Slip in MS-Word and attach the Salary Sheet from Excel to this Word file. This way, all the slips can be printed or emailed in one go.
If any further details are needed, you can contact me via the email addresses provided below or on my mobile:
