My employer (a public sector insurance company) has issued a bilingual office order to suspend me. They state under the RTI Act that they are empowered to change my post on the basis of "circulars". They have issued me two different "memos"; however, they refuse to translate the document despite my demand on the pretext that the document (that is, "memo") they issued is neither an order nor a notice.
