Hi Everybody,

Can anybody let me know how we go about calculating training man-hours for employees, for example, 150 man-hours? Is there any specific format for this process?

Kindly let me know.

Dear,

If you want to calculate the training man-hours, then you have to go through various formulas:

Training slots: 04
Training duration: 3 hours
Total number of trainees per slot: 15

Then, the total number of trainees = training slots x number of trainees per slot
= 04 x 15
= 60 trainees

Total training man-hours = Total number of trainees x duration of training
= 60 x 3 hours
= 180 man-hours
