I recently joined a "Medical Transcriptionist Company" as an HR Manager. They didn't have a proper HR department, and now a lot lies on my shoulders. I would really appreciate if someone could guide me with the job descriptions of medical transcriptionists and quality controllers. Kindly clarify: aren't KRAs and primary job responsibilities the same? If not, how do they differ, and could anyone provide an example or two to make the difference clear?
