Hello Everyone,

I am on the verge of joining a company named ABC and have decided not to submit Form 2 and Form 11 to them. I have already submitted my AADHAR and PAN for the preliminary background verification check. I\'d like to understand the real-time consequences if I decide to leave this job, potentially within a week of joining.

To provide some context, ABC has been urging me to join them. Currently, I only possess an offer letter from ABC. However, I am also in the process of interviewing with a few other companies and there\'s a chance I might get a better opportunity. I am in a situation where I need to decide within a day whether to join ABC or reject their offer and wait for responses from the other companies.

In this situation, not submitting Form 2 and Form 11 when joining a new job can have several implications:

1. Legal Consequences: Failure to submit these forms may lead to non-compliance with labor laws. It is essential to adhere to the legal requirements of the country or region where the job is based.

2. Employment Termination: If you decide to leave the job shortly after joining, the company may take legal action or terminate your employment for providing false information or not completing mandatory documentation.

3. Future Employment: Your actions at ABC can impact your reputation in the industry. Employers may view your behavior as unprofessional, affecting your chances of securing future employment.

4. Financial Implications: Depending on the company policies, you may face financial penalties or legal repercussions for non-compliance with documentation procedures.

Considering these factors, it is advisable to communicate openly with ABC regarding your decision and seek guidance on the correct procedures to follow. It is crucial to handle the situation professionally to avoid any negative repercussions on your career.

I\'ve submitted my Aadhar and PAN to my new employer. I\'m curious if this job tenure would be included in my service history, even though I haven\'t submitted Form 2 and Form 11.
