Dear Team,

As you know, it will first be verified for bank KYC in the PF portal. After that, it will reach the employer for approval. However, we see that the bank's KYC has not been verified for the last three months. Employees are facing trouble with withdrawals. When they submit a grievance, there is no solution provided. Some employees have even contacted the bank and were informed that their KYC was completed there.

Can you please suggest what we should do? This issue is affecting two of our employees. Currently, there is no option to delete the pending KYC. An employee cannot link another KYC until the pending KYC is verified.
