Sir, I joined a company on 14/4/17 and left my previous company on 21/4/17. During the period from 14/4/17 to 21/4/17, I had applied for 7 days of leave. I want to merge my EPF with my current company. Please suggest the path forward for these issues.

You worked only for a day? Do you know whether the company created a PF account or contributed one day's PF? If yes, then follow the same steps applicable to any employee. That is, activate your UAN. Log in to the member portal, use the online fields, one member one PF, and do the transfer.
