I guess this goes part of the way in explaining why there are so many people in jobs that have absolutely no knowledge of or skills to do the job. What is scary is people cheating in medical school entrance exams. The last thing you would want is a doctor treating you or your loved ones who was not properly qualified, and able to do the job.
