I wanted to understand the educational benefits/policies across different companies with the below points
1) Eligibility criteria
2) Monitory allowance
3) Frequency
4) Other benefits ( excluding monitory)

Point wise reply is as under:

The Eligibility Criteria
* Only the confirmed employees would be eligible
* Maximum of 2 school going children would be eligible
* The children should be admitted in any school within___kms radius of the organization
* The children should score____%age of marks in previous class. This condition won't applicable in case nursery class admission

Monetary Allowance:
* A certain amount say INR 250/- per child/month may be paid to employees subject to production of school fee receipt in original
* A fix one time annual amount of say Rs.1500/- per child/annum may be paid towards books subject to production of bill in original

Frequency may be either annually or half yearly. We recommend half yearly frequency to have timely financial aid to employees.
